Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. The sushi rolls served in the martini glass were such a creative touch and tasted just as good as they looked. I was really impressed by the quality of the ingredients. Even the takeout was packed with care and included a generous portion of colorful toppings like seaweed salad and roe. I will definitely be coming back here again soon.

The food is great! But when going to the restroom I noticed something crawling on the ground. It was a roach… now I’m grossed out. Sadly won’t be back but the service is amazing

My daughter invited me out for a sushi night—this is one of her favorite spots. The restaurant itself is quaint and cozy, so I definitely recommend going before 5pm on weekends because it fills up quickly—and it certainly did while we were there. The menu has a lot of options, which can be great, but for me it felt a bit overwhelming. Thankfully, my daughter knows my taste and ordered for me, which made things easier. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food. I’m not sure if it was just our table, but we felt overlooked at times. I didn’t want to make a scene, but I did have to get up myself to grab napkins and chopsticks. When I did, the response was a quick “sorry,” but no follow-up. At one point, I even had to raise my hand and snap my fingers just to get someone’s attention for something as simple as spicy mayo. That said, the food itself was good and cooked perfectly. However, the overall experience—especially the service—left a lasting impression, and unfortunately not in the best way. I’m not sure I would return.

Really enjoyed this place and ended up going back more than once, which says a lot. The food was fresh, well presented, and full of flavour. Everything tasted delicious, and the quality was consistently good each time I visited. Service was also great, friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely a reliable spot if you’re in the area and feel like sushi.

My fiancé and I love Asahi! Both locations are amazing: clean, friendly staff, and BEST food. I love the lobster roll. We go there for our weekly date night and the food is always the same quality and taste.
